As a technical admin you’d be supporting the commercial and programme teams delivering electrical utilities projects. This includes liaising with the leadership team and the commercial team ensuring projects run smoothly. Flexible working is also available to you.
Job Responsibility:
Data entry and maintenance of data in systems to support the programme teams
General Admin duties of DNO point of connection applications and processing of application returns
Managing incoming client requests, issuing quotations and design requests
Using IT applications e.g Microsoft Office
Ensure up to date multi utility specification registers are made available and uploaded on external platforms
To always promote and demonstrate a culture of health and safety within the company
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Experience in working within DNOs, IDNOs or Independent Connection Providers
Electrical industry new connection experience
Nice to have:
Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
Computer Literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet Web Search Engines, CRM systems, Microsoft Projects (desirable)
To work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
To maintain a high level of productivity and quality
Have experience in working independently
Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with customers
