We are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Administrator to support our technical teams with coordination, documentation, data management, and customer communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and has strong administrative and IT skills.
Job Responsibility:
Assist technical teams with scheduling, resource coordination, and project administration
Prepare documentation such as technical reports, proposals, compliance forms, and manuals
Maintain accurate records of technical data, service logs, system updates, and project notes
Update internal databases, CRM systems, and tracking tools
Produce reports, dashboards, and summaries for technical managers and stakeholders
Support configuration and maintenance of digital filing systems and shared workspaces
Act as a point of contact for client queries, providing updates and resolving issues where possible
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure workflows remain on track
