Job Description

Reporting to Strategic Innovation Manager, this newly created position of Technical Administrator is responsible for checking the specified base information for the Bill of Materials in our business database (Navision) as well as checking product and packing dimensions of our products. This is a 3-month fixed term contract.

Job Responsibility

  • Validate and maintain base data for the Bill of Materials within our ERP system (Navision)
  • Verify product and packaging dimensions for accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure data consistency and regulatory adherence
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization
  • Monitor and research compliance standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) relevant to our markets
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to address technical and regulatory challenges

Requirements

  • Effective time management and prioritization skills – knows how to focus on what matters most
  • Experience with ERP systems (especially Navision) is highly desirable
  • A qualification in Science (Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Medical Science or Chemistry)
  • Good computer literacy and competency in the MS Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
