DISQO’s mission is to build the world’s most trusted ad measurement platform that fuels brand growth. We’re looking for a data-driven Technical Account Manager (TAOM) to join our Ad Measurement team to help our customers measure the impact of their brands. You will work closely with the Technical Project Manager (TPM) and external Advertising Operations teams to execute ad measurement implementations, to ensure accurate campaign measurement for our customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Champion the delivery of customer projects for DISQO’s ad measurement solutions by ensuring accurate digital campaign measurement
  • Maintain documents to communicate status and next-steps in troubleshooting tagging/technical details
  • Support customers by escalating business/technical issues internally and addressing client requests with the highest sense of urgency
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and customers, working autonomously with the necessary members of the extended ad measurement team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field or relevant experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience in MarTech/AdTech SaaS organizations
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing and the AdTech landscape
  • Ability to translate technical details into digestible language for non-technical audiences
  • Possess strong organizational, operational, analytical, and project management skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data problem-solving skills
  • Eager to join a fast-paced working environment, learn and make an impact

Nice to have:

Exposure to digital marketing, ad server technologies, and experience with technical troubleshooting are highly desired
