Technical Accounting Manager

We are seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to join our growing finance team. This individual will be responsible for preparing financial statements and related disclosures, drafting technical accounting memoranda, and coordinating financial statement audits. The role will also own components of accounting for key technical areas such as debt, equity, tax, revenue, leases, inter-company transactions, carve-out accounting, and other ad hoc transactions. This is a highly visible role that will be central to public company readiness initiatives, including SEC reporting and designing and implementing the SOX program.
