Job Description

We are partnering with a growing on a Technical Accounting Manager opening to help support complex accounting matters and partner closely with finance leadership across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Research, analyze, and document complex accounting topics including revenue, leases, equity‑based compensation, business combinations, debt and equity instruments, and other non‑routine transactions
  • Advise business partners and senior leaders on accounting implications of strategic transactions
  • Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies in accordance with US GAAP and SEC requirements
  • Support quarterly and annual financial reporting and external audits
  • Assist with process improvements, internal controls, and compliance initiatives
  • Participate in special projects such as debt or equity offerings and regulatory filings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Active CPA license required
  • 5–7 years of experience in public accounting or a mix of public and industry experience, including SEC reporting
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 and ASC 842
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
