Job Description:

In this role, you are the technical partner our customers rely on. This is a post sales role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Guide customers through their adoption of OnePlan by digging into their business needs, translating those needs into real configurations, and building solutions across OnePlan and the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Remove technical barriers, shape how customers use the platform, and ensure they get the full value out of it
  • Design structured, scalable solutions in OnePlan, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Build and configure solutions across OnePlan and the Power Platform
  • Support customers with both guidance and hands on configuration
  • Identify technical or adoption roadblocks and clear them quickly
  • Translate complex technical ideas into clear explanations
  • Manage multiple customer engagements at once, work closely with product and delivery teams, and occasionally join onsite sessions

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform is critical for this role, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
  • Strong experience in Project Portfolio Management and a solid understanding of how organizations plan and deliver work

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with the broader Microsoft ecosystem, especially Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure

  • Drive value, retention, and adoption of Braze’s product through the customer lifecycle, acting as the technical counterpart between Braze and your client’s product and engineering team
