This is a pivotal role, where technical expertise meets customer enablement. As a Technical Account Manager for the ACT region, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things Gallagher, enabling channel partners, supporting enterprise clients, and delivering solutions that make a real difference. You’ll bring our technology to life through solution design, training, commissioning, and technical leadership – all while helping Gallagher partners unlock the full potential of our cutting-edge platforms. This is a hands-on role with real influence, working across strategic accounts, high-spec systems, and some of the country’s most secure sites.
Job Responsibility:
Drive Value Through Technical Enablement: Support BDMs with system design, tenders, and pre-sales opportunities to maximise success
Deliver Hands-On Support: Provide expert technical guidance, in-person and remotely, across training, system migrations, commissioning, audits and upgrades
Promote Gallagher’s High-Security Systems: Help bring our world-class solutions into Government and Corporate spaces through smart solution design and certifications
Collaborate and Influence: Work across product, sales, support, R&D, and partners to deliver seamless outcomes
Champion Technical Best Practice: Maintain technical records, implement standards, and provide feedback that shapes our innovation pipeline
Requirements:
Strong ability to work in, and support a close team environment
5+ years of experience in electronic security systems
Project management and/or security systems installation experience
Deep understanding of the networked IT environment in the IT industry
Understanding of electrical concepts and systems
Tender Response and Preparation knowledge
Excellent skills in planning, organising, and working collaboratively
