This business partners with some of the world’s largest organisations to deliver cutting-edge security, identity protection, and scam prevention solutions to millions of users globally. They’re now looking to bring in a Technical Account Manager to take ownership of a high-value, strategic partnership – someone who can operate commercially, technically, and strategically in equal measure. The Role: This is not a traditional account management role. You’ll sit at the centre of a key partnership, acting as the bridge between product, engineering, and commercial teams, ensuring successful delivery while identifying new revenue opportunities. The Setup: Hybrid role based in Seattle with regular on-site partner engagement; ~20–30% travel (partner meetings, industry events); High-impact role with direct visibility across leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Own and grow a strategic partner
Lead API/SDK integrations and product delivery
Act as technical escalation point
Drive revenue and expansion within the account
Execute joint go-to-market initiatives
Track KPIs and report to stakeholders
Collaborate across product, engineering, and sales
Requirements:
7+ years in strategic/partner account management
Background in cybersecurity or consumer tech
Strong API/SDK integration knowledge
Experience working with product and engineering teams
Proven track record of growing accounts
Confident with both C-level and technical stakeholders
