Outpost24 is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join as a trusted technical advisor within our Infinipoint business unit, based in Tel Aviv. As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will play a critical hybrid role, ensuring customers receive expert technical guidance on Infinipoint’s Workforce Identity Platform. In this dual-capacity role, you will collaborate cross-departmentally, providing second-line assistance for technical issues while also driving customer value and adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of the solution while identifying challenges to improve our products and documentation.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the support team with technical investigations regarding access, agents, and integrations
Handle system logs and blueprints to diagnose root causes of issues
Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and process enhancements
Guide high-priority customers through the adoption process
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing technical guidance on best practices
Requirements:
Deep understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
Hands-on experience with major Identity Providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity)
Experience with agent deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting on major operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Proficiency in analyzing system logs, network traces, and diagnostic data
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
Several years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Support Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager)
Strong problem-solving skills
Full professional working proficiency in English
Nice to have:
Proficiency in German
