Technical Account Manager - Flexible Films

• Driving new business acquisition by identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers
• Growing and developing an existing customer portfolio valued at approximately multi millions £ across a number of accounts
• Managing a pre determined amount of tonnes of annual business while identifying opportunities for account expansion
• Working closely with the Telesales team to convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships
• Taking a consultative sales approach to understand customer challenges and deliver tailored packaging solutions
• Advising customers on sustainable packaging solutions that support operational and environmental goals
• Collaborating with technical specialists where deeper product expertise is required
• Delivering consistent revenue and margin growth across your territory

• Must have stretch film packaging technical knowledge
• Experience within B2B sales, preferably in stretch film, packaging, or a related technical product sector
• A proven track record in new business development and account growth
• A consultative and solutions-led sales style
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• The ability to manage your own territory and work independently in a remote environment
• Commercial awareness combined with technical curiosity and a customer-first mindset
• Experience within stretch packaging is highly desirable, particularly for candidates with a technical sales background
