Act as a technical point of contact for clients and work to understand their technical requirements and recommend solutions that align with those requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the design, implementation, and optimization of their cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
Strong knowledge and experience with cloud services and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience working with clients and understanding their technical requirements
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to have:
Experience with account management or customer service is a plus
