Job Description:

Act as a technical point of contact for clients and work to understand their technical requirements and recommend solutions that align with those requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the design, implementation, and optimization of their cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success. Continuously learn and stay current on new cloud services and technologies. Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution for clients. Provide feedback to internal teams to improve the client experience and service offerings. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders. Create and deliver presentations and training sessions to clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
