Job Description

As Tech Talent Acquisition Manager at cozycozy, you will play the key role in growing our team by sourcing technical talent across a variety of functions. You’ll own the entire recruitment process, from scoping roles with hiring managers to signing offers across multiple functions and markets. This is a high-impact role with lots of autonomy, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building human connections.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process: from sourcing to signed offer
  • Operate with the mindset of a headhunter - To proactively source candidates and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Work with external recruitment agencies when needed
  • Write and publish clear, attractive job postings
  • Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the process
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and refine profiles
  • Support on broader HR projects when needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring teams
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus)
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience, ideally in a startup or agency setting
  • Excellent sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple tech & product searches in parallel
  • A strong sense of ownership and a focus on hiring quality over quantity
