As Tech Talent Acquisition Manager at cozycozy, you will play the key role in growing our team by sourcing technical talent across a variety of functions. You’ll own the entire recruitment process, from scoping roles with hiring managers to signing offers across multiple functions and markets. This is a high-impact role with lots of autonomy, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building human connections.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full-cycle recruiting process: from sourcing to signed offer
Operate with the mindset of a headhunter - To proactively source candidates and maintain strong talent pipelines
Work with external recruitment agencies when needed
Write and publish clear, attractive job postings
Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the process
Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and refine profiles
Support on broader HR projects when needed
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring teams
Fluency in English (French is a plus)
A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience, ideally in a startup or agency setting
Excellent sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple tech & product searches in parallel
A strong sense of ownership and a focus on hiring quality over quantity
