As an Tech Support Service Specialist at Parser, you will be responsible o power the solutions that help Parser around the world
Job Responsibility:
Hybrid, (2 days on-site) at Parser´s Office
Running regular checks on network, platform and data security
Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
Developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organisation
Designing training programs and workshops for the internal staff
Conducting regular system audits
Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
Participating in major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages and implementations
Requirements:
+5 years of IT system administration experience
+5 years of Support and Infrastructure experience
Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MacOS, Linux and other Windows-based systems), enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring
Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders
Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills
5+ years of IT system administration experience
5+ years of Support and Infrastructure experience
Experience with or knowledge of SaaS platforms and operating systems (macOS, Linux, and Windows), current IT equipment and technologies, backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring
Experience in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
Knowledge of Saas platforms
Experience with Google Workspace administration
Experience with Azure AD Administration
Experience with Slack Administration
Experience with Intune administration
MacOS/Windows 10 administration knowledge
Networking intermediate knowledge
ITIL or similar industry best practices knowledge will be valued
Proven technical and support skills
Strong analytical thinking
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers, leaders
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
