As a Tech Sneak Peek Week participant from August 17th - 21st, 2026, you’ll dive into the world of technology and market-making, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Throughout the week, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with various engineering teams to gain an in-depth understanding of Akuna’s systems architecture.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Proficient in modern C++ programming
  • Graduating between December 2026 – June 2027
  • Pursuing a BS/MS/PhD in a technical field – Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related/equivalent field
  • Able to attend the program in person at Akuna’s Chicago headquarters (August 17 - 21)
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly solve nuanced technical problems and to effectively verify those solutions
  • Passion for innovation and building systems from the ground up
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required on the first day of employment, including F-1 students using OPT or STEM
