Role Overview We are looking for a forward‑thinking Tech Recruiter who thrives on breaking the mold of traditional hiring. Job Responsibility:
Partner with hiring managers to co-create innovative recruitment campaigns
Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards
Build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates for future openings
Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-3 years of experience as a Tech Recruiter or IT Recruiter
Strong understanding of technical roles and skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of global hiring practices and inclusive recruitment strategies
