Job Responsibility:

  • Recruit candidates from the UK, Europe, and the US
  • Fill a pipeline with candidates who earn way above the market rate

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working in TA, HR, or Recruiting
  • Advanced sourcing skills
