Minimum 1 year of experience in a tech company in a role such as project coordination, business analysis, marketing, sales, or another role involving cross-team collaboration
Problem-solving attitude, prioritization skills, and curiosity to grow in the field of project management

Job Responsibility

Project Coordination: Support engineering and business teams by keeping priorities clear, tasks organized, and communication flowing
Documentation & Organization: Maintain structured, up-to-date project documentation, ensuring plans, progress, and key information are easy to follow
Task & Workflow Management: Organize tasks in project management tools (Jira, Asana), track deadlines, and follow up to keep projects moving
Alignment & Oversight: Ensure the projects you manage are aligned with departmental and company OKRs
Collaboration: Build good working relationships across teams and roles, translating between different perspectives and helping everyone stay on the same page
