Job Description

We’re looking for a TechSupport Engineer based out of our London office. This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home.

Job Responsibility

  • Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping
  • Office IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our London office
  • AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably
  • End-user support: handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team
  • Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners
  • New IT projects: contribute to Tech Ops initiatives
  • Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work
  • Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides

Requirements

  • A friendly, end-user focused attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
  • Comfort with common IT fundamentals (macOS, networking basics, SaaS tooling)
  • A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a high growth / startup environment
  • Experience in a customer or public-facing role
  • Familiarity with bash scripting
