Job Description:

This is a role where you will perform microbiological testing, operate laboratory equipment, document test results, and ensure EHS and data privacy compliance while working collaboratively to enhance the quality and safety of products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Correct use of aseptic techniques and other microbiological techniques
  • perform microbiological testing such as pyrogen, water testing, compressed air systems, and environmental system monitoring
  • operate laboratory equipment like water bath, autoclave, balance, particle counter, biological safety cabinets
  • generate laboratory documentation and gather data for upper management
  • prepare, sterilize, and release media needed for testing
  • observe all company and regulatory EHS requirements
  • document pyrogen testing information in POMS.

Requirements:

  • Correct use of aseptic techniques and other microbiological techniques such as streak plates, dilution, pour plates, microbiological transfer
  • generate appropriate requisitions maintaining adequate inventory of materials and equipment
  • perform microbiological testing pyrogen, water testing, compressed air systems and environmental system, etc.
  • operate different laboratory equipment such as water bath, autoclave, balance, particle counter, biological safety cabinets as per reference specifications, manuals, and safety rules
  • generate laboratory documentation as per reference specifications and/or SOPs
  • gather laboratory data in a comprehensive format for upper management information
  • prepare, sterilize and test all media needed for testing and release media as appropriate
  • perform any special testing and other duties related to the responsibility area
  • observe all company and regulatory EHS requirements while observing data privacy policies at all times
  • document pyrogen test information of Finished Goods in POMS.
