Job Description:

Tech Lead position for Sopra Steria in Madrid, Spain. Responsible for maintaining architecture and development standards, technical analyses, and software functionalities in a hybrid work environment with focus on banking sector solutions. Job Responsibility:

Maintenance of the defined architecture, technological alignment, development standards and norms
Support to the development team and guidance
Elaboration of Technical Analysis aligned with architecture and functional requirements of application
Development of functionalities and defects resolution
Perform technical tests
Execution of the continuous integration in accordance with defined strategy and delivery calendar
Contribute to AGILE meetings
Sharing developments in review
Sharing feedback with development team
Work with Business Analyst of the team
Estimate and collaborate on BACKLOG definition
Usage of Jira as ticketing tool

Requirements:
