Tech Lead

We are expanding our technology team and seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the technical delivery of digital products and solutions for our clients. You will play a hands-on leadership role, owning the engineering quality of various solutions, guiding teams through best practices, and ensuring our projects align with broader architectural and platform standards. This role collaborates closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers, BAs, QA, and Engineering Managers to shape, build, and deliver scalable, high-quality systems. You will work as part of a cross functional team and may be client facing when required. The types of projects and products are varied, from websites and apps to marketing and data-focused solutions. You will typically work in one of two modes: Delivery: This is the primary mode and will be heavy-hands on working within a delivery team focused on the leadership and development of digital products and solutions. The nature of this will vary, however, will primarily focus on leadership of end-to-end solutions, technical ownership of customer deliverables, close collaborate within a cross functional team, and mentoring across project team(s) to ensure growth and quality outcomes. Discovery: Secondary to delivery, you will be helping our clients shape large digital products and technology projects. Providing technical leadership, experience and confidence to existing and new customers. The nature of these projects varies significantly depending on the product, technology and client, but they always require a curious and diligent mindset, and a focus on ensuring we are bringing technical confidence and positivity to complex opportunities.
