Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a small team in building innovative web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with clients, including CEOs and co-founders, to understand their vision and tailor solutions
  • Mentor your team, provide technical guidance, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard on time
  • Shape the technical direction, ensuring best practices and the latest methodologies are followed

Requirements:

  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Proficiency in React (with Next.js) & React Native (with Expo)
  • Experience with Node.js (preferably with NestJS or AWS Lambda)
  • Understanding of AWS
  • Previous client-facing experience
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business language
  • Experience in mentoring or line management

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Serverless Architecture
  • Exposure to other OOP languages (Java, C#, Python, Go)
  • Previous experience in a consultancy business
