Tech Lead

• Lead a cross-functional team through complex technical challenges and product delivery
• Be hands-on, writing, reviewing, and guiding code across backend, frontend, and data stacks
• Work closely with PMs and DMs to plan, execute, and deliver releases end-to-end
• Mentor engineers, setting standards for quality, testing, and performance
• Identify and remove technical debt and bottlenecks proactively
• Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and collaboration
• Find new ways of working utilising our Gen AI hub

• Proven experience leading technical direction across full-stack systems, ideally with exposure to production data and machine learning environments
• Expert proficiency in core technologies such as Python, React, and SQL
• Deep understanding of modern software design patterns, scalable system architecture, and cloud-native infrastructure
• Strong track record of operational ownership, including the reliable, observable, and cost-efficient operation of systems at scale
• Ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with dbt, data warehousing, or modern orchestration tools
