  • At least 7-10 years of experience in IT
  • At least 5 years on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must)
  • Experience with Marketing skills with MS Dynamics 365 is a mandatory skill
  • Must have demonstrable design experience in the role of Senior Developer in at least 2-3 projects MSCRM Implementations, that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/Service/Marketing/Field Service) multiple integrations and multi geo rollouts
  • Must have thorough knowledge and experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service
  • Must be thorough and hands on MSCRM 2013, MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug ins, JavaScript, Azure functions
  • Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5, Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012, Scribe and SSIS
  • Experience in MSCRM installation and set up and multi site deployment
  • Modern workloads: Power platform: specially Power Automate and Power BI, experience in Power Apps is preferred
  • Experience in working in an Agile DevOps and SAFe methodology is a must
  • Good team handling and customer facing skills
