As part of the Segmentation team, you will partner with our business stakeholders and development teams to design and develop segmentation solutions for various stakeholders to use for analytics and reporting. As a Tech Lead, you will provide technical guidance to a team that will design, develop, and implement enterprise data integration solutions. You will have opportunities to grow in responsibility, work on exciting and challenging projects, train on new technologies, and lead other developers to set the future of the Data Warehouse. Qualified candidates will have deep experience in data technology, a passion for data solutions, and a robust curiosity for emerging cloud development patterns. Additionally, strong leadership skills, the ability to influence without authority, and expertise to make and propose needed changes to bring more impact are essential.
