Job Responsibility
Lead design and delivery of platform features
Set and defend technical direction
Own the sprint from a technical perspective
Review code and raise the bar
Resolve production issues with urgency
Reduce technical debt systematically
Coach junior engineers
Requirements
5+ years of experience in software engineering
Expert-level proficiency in Java and/or .NET (or similar), building services and APIs for web and mobile applications
Strong front-end technology knowledge and experience with Design Systems
Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including testing, monitoring, and design best practices
Experience with object-oriented programming principles
Ability to articulate and implement design strategies covering scalability, maintainability, performance, security, and usability
