Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tech Lead Salesforce (French) to join our team as an integral contributor. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of best practices within the platform. This position is based in Portugal, and applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country. Job Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor the Salesforce development team, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • architect scalable and robust technical solutions using Salesforce best practices while addressing technical debt
  • actively contribute to custom development on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies
  • oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using Salesforce APIs and integration tools
  • conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security of developed solutions
  • create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions
  • provide advanced technical support and guidance to developers and end-users
  • identify opportunities for innovation and propose continuous improvements to optimize existing solutions
  • train and mentor team members on Salesforce development best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • more than 7 years of experience in Salesforce development, with proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • ideally holds certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers
  • deep technical knowledge in Salesforce development and integration, with a solid grasp of best development practices
  • excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across teams
  • strong ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
  • comfortable adapting quickly to new technologies and evolving project requirements
  • skilled in writing and maintaining clear, detailed technical documentation
  • proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations
  • proficiency in French (at least B2), with the ability to communicate effectively in professional settings
  • good level of English.

Nice to have

  • Ideally holds certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
