Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Master’s or advanced degree preferred
Equivalent practical experience considered
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the IT field
4+ years of leadership experience in QA roles
Expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Appium, EggPlant)
Strong command of programming languages relevant to automation (Python, Java, C#)
Advanced project management skills
Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and collaboration
Solid experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and DevOps methodologies
Strong business acumen
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Highly developed communication skills
Nice to have:
Professional QA certifications (ISTQB Advanced Level, CSTE) or certifications in project management (PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications)
Deep understanding of and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and testing in cloud-native environments
Familiarity with device farms and tools (e.g. Lambdatest, Eggplant, TestRigor, etc.)
GenAI tools and applications
Proven ability in strategic thinking and decision-making
Outstanding leadership and team development skills
Comprehensive knowledge of current and emerging testing tools, methodologies, and best practices
