Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance, scalable server-side applications using Node.js
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to backend developers
  • Architect and enhance RESTful APIs, microservices, and high-performance systems
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to drive product success
  • Define coding standards, best practices, and review code to ensure quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
  • Drive technical roadmap and contribute to long-term backend strategy
  • Ensure robustness, performance, security, and maintainability of codebase

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of software development experience
  • Bachelor‘s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Experience with JavaScript ES5 or ES6
  • Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools
  • Solid understand of object-oriented programming principle (OOP)
  • Experienced with web service protocols such as HTTP/ REST, SOAP
  • Experienced with database (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Ability to work independently or with a group

Nice to have:

  • TypeScript is a strong plus
  • Experienced with CI/CD, Cloud (Docker, Azure DevOps, AWS...) is a plus
  • Practical experience in designing and implementing multi-tenant database architectures
