Tech Lead Manager (Full Stack)

• Build a high-performing team with an inclusive and positive team culture

• 8+ years of engineering with 1+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience building delightful web products full stack from frontend, APIs, backend
• Proficiency in recruiting, organizing, and motivating teams
• Passionate about helping people grow in their careers and people management
• An owner mindset and passionate about being in a product-focused environment where everyone cares deeply about customer impact
• Expertise in React, Typescript, Golang, SQL, GCP, and AWS are highly desirable

Experience with or desire to learn large language models, retrieval augmented generation, and agents is beneficial
