Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Scan Team, responsible for the connectivity and ingestion layer of DataGalaxy
  • Own the Scan domain technical direction: connector architecture, ingestion reliability, scalability, and maintainability
  • Contribute directly with hands-on development
  • Lead design reviews and establish shared practices
  • Turn product needs into clear technical plans
  • Build and maintain connectors integrating with third-party REST APIs and platforms
  • Design reliable ingestion flows
  • Normalize and map external data models into DataGalaxy’s internal model
  • Maintain our desktop application written in Kotlin
  • Improve developer and operator experience
  • Apply and promote testing practices
  • Improve observability
  • Manage technical debt
  • Support the team’s growth through mentoring
  • Lead PR reviews
  • Coordinate with other squads
