Job Responsibility

  • Design and architect microservices-based systems and modern front-end applications using React
  • Collaborate closely with product management and business stakeholders to understand customer needs and drive rapid, iterative product improvements
  • Provide technical leadership in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies and best practices to advance software products, enabling the transition to cloud-native architectures through containerization and modern React and .NET platforms
  • Drive a culture of engineering excellence, promoting best practices and continuous improvement across user experience, code quality, processes, and tooling
  • Partner with product teams to contribute to product vision, technical design, estimations, and roadmap planning
  • Identify and propose effective technology solutions to address complex business challenges
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality software development through standards enforcement, peer review, and automation
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in the design, development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of software solutions

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with .Net/C# and React
  • Expert React and C#/.NET Core skills in developing high-volume, low-latency services
  • Expert in Microservices, Micro frontends, BFF, APIs, Event Driven architecture design and implementation
  • Strong experience in Healthcare \ Medtech domains
  • Strong expertise in front-end technologies, particularly React and Next.js
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL
  • Strong understanding of design for security, scalability, performance, and reliability
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Experience in communicating with product management and technical teams to collect requirements, and describe software product features and technical designs
  • Experience building cloud-based solutions, preferably Azure
  • Basic understanding and experience with container technologies (Docker & Kubernetes)
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English for daily communication
