Your role at Baxter: Perform and document routine inspections to raw materials and/or finished products to ensure product compliance with all quality standards and specifications. Maintains update knowledge of all processes and product specifications. Generates and/or keeps all documents, specifications and reports in compliance with the company standards, Good Manufacturing Practices and Federal Regulations. Perform all product inspections and testing as required by company specifications in order to ensure product quality. Ensure that all machinery, equipment and tools used for testing comply with calibrations, company regulations, GMP and Federal Regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Perform and document routine inspections to raw materials and/or finished products to ensure product compliance with all quality standards and specifications
Maintains update knowledge of all processes and product specifications
Generate and/or keep all documents, specifications and reports in compliance with the company standards, Good Manufacturing Practices and Federal Regulations
Perform all product inspections and testing as required by company specifications
Ensure that all machinery, equipment and tools used for testing comply with calibrations, company regulations, GMP and Federal Regulations
Perform Inspection to material receive at Incoming following corresponding Specification
Compile and analyse data to maintain quality indicators measurements
Maintain equipment & area clean
Verify that the equipment used during inspections are calibrated
Train new employees and Suppliers employees (as required)
Data entry to Systems (POM’s, PRMS, etc)
Analyse raw material to be included in Certification Program and Lot Monitoring
Received Maintenance request records and perform them into the POM’s Program
Participate on Materials/Incoming Tier and Priorities follow up
Perform special projects on related duties
Learn and practice basic ergonomic principles to reduce job-related discomfort and injuries
Be knowledgeable of all the associated risks and environmental aspects of his/her area and support the identification of new risks
Support special projects from other areas as requested
