Job Description:

Provide technology consulting to external and internal project teams, offering technical support and leadership in creating and delivering technology solutions tailored to customer needs. Maintain knowledge of edge technologies and actively contribute to solutions portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project
performing systems configurations
troubleshooting systems errors/problems
monitoring and/or testing systems performance
contributing to design of technical solutions for customer environments
working under supervision of technical lead and with customer representatives to accomplish assigned tasks
participating as part of a team and maintaining good relationships with team members and customers
understanding company's strategy
participating in chosen technical community or profession and attending relevant events.

Requirements:

1 - 3 years of technical experience
Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area
without a degree, one additional year of relevant technical experience
sufficient technical knowledge to assist with the completion of specific deliverables
ability to communicate concepts with team and peers
ability to produce basic documentation to required standards
understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
fundamental technical knowledge.
