Job Description:

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers' business needs. Act as trusted advisor creating and maintaining effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project
Provide technical systems management support
Deliver part of detailed technical design which meets customer requirements
Perform systems configurations
Troubleshoot systems errors/problems
Monitor and/or test systems performance
Contribute to design of technical solutions for customer environments
Work under supervision of technical lead with customer representatives
Maintain good relationships with team members and customers
Participate in technical community or profession

Requirements:

1-3 years of technical experience
Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
Without a degree, 2-4 years of relevant technical experience
Sufficient technical knowledge to assist with completion of specific deliverables
Ability to communicate concepts with team and peers
Ability to produce basic documentation to required standards
Understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
Fundamental technical knowledge
