Job Responsibility

  • Communicates and presents complex technical concepts simply and effectively to nontechnical team members
  • Participates in identifying opportunities that impact business strategy and system performance
  • Works with business stakeholder to gather, document and analyze business requirements
  • Works with the business and Digital Services to identify inefficiencies in process and recommends solutions
  • Conducts systems analysis with a focus on technical process models and use cases
  • Provides testing support and analysis for resolution
  • Assesses long term needs, performs gap analysis and makes future state recommendations
  • Serves as a project team member for projects of simple to moderate scope and complexity
  • Communicates technical concepts simply and effectively to non-technical team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant business systems analyst or related experience
  • Practical experience using MS Access, SQL, SOQL/Salesforce, or working knowledge of relational databases
  • Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into systems issues as required
