Job Responsibility:
Works with business stakeholder to gather, document and analyze business requirements
Works with the business and Digital Services to identify inefficiencies in process and recommends solutions
Conducts systems analysis with a focus on technical process models and use cases
Provides testing support and analysis for resolution
Performs gap analysis in system capabilities
Serves as a project team member for projects of simple to moderate scope and complexity
Communicates technical concepts simply and effectively to non-technical team members
Performs other duties as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
2+ years of relevant business systems analyst or related experience
Practical experience using MS Access, SQL, SOQL/Salesforce, or working knowledge of relational databases
Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into systems issues as required
review complex data and derive summary conclusions
