Job Description

We are seeking an individual who will support a portfolio of Technology_VOIS customers by managing presales and bid‑related activities, preparing commercially sound proposals and business cases, and ensuring smooth engagement across delivery teams. This role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative, data‑driven environment and who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships at operational level.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage multiple proposals and demands from preparation through to commercial sign‑off, adapting to changing priorities
  • Engage with operational stakeholders to gather data, standardise reporting, and support governance requirements
  • Create and execute plans, manage risks, and identify effective mitigation measures
  • Support the planning and execution of customer engagement events
  • Conduct reviews, data analysis, and reporting to support the BRM portfolio

Requirements

  • Experienced in presales or bid management for small to medium‑sized proposals
  • Skilled in communication across global teams, with strong presentation and data‑visualisation capabilities
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, problem‑solving and commercial awareness, offering creative solutions
  • Knowledgeable in ITIL, DevOps, Agile or SAFe methodologies
  • Equipped with broad understanding of software engineering or IT operations
  • Familiar with project management, transition processes, and PMO practices
