We're looking for an experienced Tech Analyst / System Analyst with a strong focus on CRM and CX platforms to join a regional technology hub supporting large-scale digital and data solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Deployment and adaptation of global CRM & CX platforms
Platform configuration and system integrations
Testing, UAT, and quality assurance
Collaboration with data, reporting, and analytics teams
Supporting regional rollouts while aligning with global standards
Requirements:
5+ years in technical or system analyst roles
Strong experience with CRM systems and CX platforms
Solid understanding of data architecture & integrations
Hands-on knowledge of Azure, Databricks, SQL, Python
