Job Responsibility:
Collate tax returns and financial statements
manage monthly fees/billing
assist with ASIC lodgements
Coordinate travel and appointments
maintain databases
provide exceptional customer service
Assist with reception cover
prepare meeting rooms
participate in special projects
Requirements:
2+ years in a similar role within professional services (Essential)
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Current Driver's License and Police clearance are required
