We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own. This teammate will be covering our centers in the Greater Texas area.
Job Responsibility:
Partners with all ABC Teammates to provide ongoing support, coaching and guidance on all things related to Teammate Experience
Responsible for Teammate attraction, engagement and retention
Supports and drives Teammate engagement
Implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures
Responsible for responding to Teammate-relations inquiries
Supports in the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and programs
Responsible for the Human Resources Teammate related function
Assists the administration functions of insurance, retirement, and other benefits programs
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirement to spend 75% of time in centers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 1+ years of human resources experience including a leadership role pertaining to policies and compliance
Candidate must be located in the DFW Fort Worth region
Ability to travel up to 75% to centers, reliable transportation
