In the dynamic environment of a large multi-client warehouse, there is one constant factor: the Logistics Team Leader. Are you a natural leader who can effortlessly balance client interests, targets, and human capital? At DSV ’s-Heerenberg, we don’t just offer you a job; we offer a stage to prove your leadership. We are looking for a captain who takes ownership, understands processes inside out, and elevates a team of 15 to 30 professionals to the next level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coaching and motivating 15 to 30 colleagues as their primary point of contact
  • Allocating daily tasks based on KPIs and client targets
  • Identifying deviations and providing input for improvement projects (LEAN)
  • Ensuring strict compliance with legal and safety regulations
  • Switching effortlessly between inbound and outbound processes

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of proven leadership experience within 3PL (multi-client) logistics
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (our primary language on the floor)
  • A bridge-builder who inspires employees to exceed departmental goals
  • Willingness to work in 2 shifts (06:00-15:00 / 15:00-00:00)
