Job Description:

At IKEA Food, we place great emphasis on collaboration, team spirit, and your well-being. You will manage the Bistro and Swedish Food Market teams and ensure customer satisfaction, sales growth, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Create great experiences for guests in the Bistro
promote products and drive sales in the Swedish Food Market
develop and motivate a team of approximately 14 employees
ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
plan campaigns
collaborate commercially across functions
represent IKEA Food in commercial groups and forums
maintain a clean and tidy environment
optimize revenue in the Bistro and Swedish Food Market

Requirements:

Leadership experience in sales and service
ability to plan time and tasks
