Job Description:

Teamleader position in Customer Relations department at IKEA, focused on building and maintaining lifelong customer relationships, handling complaints, coaching team members, and ensuring positive customer experiences in a multichannel retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Translate business plan into clear action plan for department
Implement various actions
Contribute to positioning IKEA as interior design leader
Listen to customers and offer solutions
Make decisions in line with IKEA Customer Relations policy
Coach team
Motivate, inspire and engage team
Help team grow and develop
Create trust in IKEA
Guarantee positive store experience
Supervise administrative processes
Ensure operational systems are up to standard
Implement new ways of working in omnichannel environment

Requirements:

Build and maintain lifelong relationships with both new and existing customers
Handle complaints in a reliable, efficient and friendly way
Solid experience as a leader
Real team player
Solve problems and make decisions in a challenging retail environment
Coach a team to achieve targets
Act on feedback from customers and co-workers
