Job Description:

As a Teamlead, you’re the first point of contact for your flex workers and the bridge between them, their supervisors and Tempo-Team. You’ll work directly at the location, making sure the daily operations run smoothly, solving problems on the spot, and giving your people the coaching and motivation they need to shine. To guide your team even better, you will spend about half of your time operationally on the floor as a Warehouse Operator. With your practical and energetic approach, you tackle challenges head-on, keep communication flowing, and create a work environment where people want to stay. You will report to one of the Warehouse Managers.

Job Responsibility:

  • act as the contact point for flex workers, supervisors, Tempo-Team and the organisation itself
  • conduct evaluation and performance conversations with flex pool employees
  • coordinate tasks and priorities between departments
  • be responsible for a warm welcome of new flex pool starters
  • be responsible for set-up and execution of the cross-training program for all flex pool employees
  • perform logistic tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading teams or guiding people in their work
  • fluent in English
  • available Monday to Friday from 14:00 – 23:00 or 15:00 – 24:00

Nice to have:

experience in logistics and fluency in the Dutch language
