As Teamlead Supply Chain Services at NTS Hengelo, you lead a multidisciplinary team of Configuration & Logistics Engineers, Project Planners, and Project Buyers. You are responsible for an optimal logistics setup in our ERP system and ensure that this setup aligns with our operational practice. Together with your team, you contribute to the success of our high-tech projects – from initial customer request to delivery of complex modules and systems. You work closely with engineering, production, and project management and continuously seek process improvements that lead to higher delivery reliability and a more efficient chain.
Job Responsibility:
Leading a team of logistics specialists within supply chain services
Optimizing logistics setup and data quality in our ERP system (Infor LN)
Anchoring effective change management throughout the chain
Analyzing and improving supply chain processes in terms of lead time, costs, and working capital
Coordinating procurement and planning activities within NPI projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or process improvement
Experience with ERP systems such as Infor LN
Strong analytical skills and affinity with data and process setup
Naturally coaching leadership that encourages collaboration and promotes ownership
