Job Responsibility:

  • Define and evolve the sales strategy for Leasing in partnership with the Business Lead and other key functions
  • Identify new growth opportunities and build scalable strategies to source new deals and acquire new Leasing dealers
  • Act as a strategic partner to Key Account Managers, coordinate dealer operations and support defining sales incentive structures
  • Turn market intelligence into advantage
  • Together with Analytics and the business lead, perform competitive benchmarking and market gap analysis to identify shortfalls in supply and translate findings into actionable targets
  • Functional leadership and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Lead the Leasing Sales Team across Key Account Managers and Sales Operations team as a people manager
  • Participate in a cross-functional Leasing leadership team to drive the Leasing business
  • Partner with Marketing and the Product & Tech teams to support in structurally prioritising requested dealer features
  • Build an operating cadence that supports healthy performance
  • Establish clear KPIs and operating rhythms, track performance, and make and communicate evidence‑based decisions and trade‑offs
  • Operational excellence and active operations support

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in sales leadership or commercial roles within marketplaces, automotive, fintech, or leasing/financing
  • Proven track record of building and scaling dealer or partner programs that deliver supply growth, revenue, and margin improvements
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on experience in pricing, incentives, and profitability management
  • comfort working with FP&A and revenue reporting
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Marketing to shape programs and features that drive measurable sales outcomes
  • Data fluency: set targets and KPIs, run experiments, and make transparent trade‑offs based on evidence
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • able to align Key Account Managers and cross‑functional teams
  • Proficiency in English and German (speaking, writing, and understanding)

Nice to have:

Bonus: exposure to OEM ecosystems, new‑car/BTO programs, regulated environments, or incentive automation

What we offer:
  • Recharge with 28 days of paid time off
  • Stay mobile with a €50 monthly transportation/mobility allowance
  • Keep growing with a development budget and access to coaching
  • Family first - enjoy up to 12 (non-birth parent) or 20 (birth parent) weeks of fully paid parental leave
  • Learn anytime, anywhere with our online and offline library
  • Get rewarded with an attractive base salary and participation in our annual incentive plans
  • Work from anywhere - up to 20 days per year from wherever you feel most productive
