Teamlead Accounts Payable

• Lead, coach and support a team of six A/P accountants
• Oversee daily A/P processing and ensure timely, accurate results
• Organize and prioritize the transactional workload
• identify and resolve operational issues
• Take the lead in the rollout of A/P workflow automation, ensuring proper implementation, adoption and continuous optimization
• Drive standardization and process improvements and maintain SOPs
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and audit requirements
• Act as the key liaison with Inside Sales, Treasury, IT and Accounting peers

• Min. bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent) with min. 3 years of experience as a people leader in a transactional accounting environment
• Proven experience in process improvement, ideally within a shared services or multinational context
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a clear, engaging communication style
• Understanding of VAT principles
• Accountable, structured, accurate, customer-centric and solution-oriented

Experience with Microsoft D365 ERP and Power BI is a plus
