Job Description

We are looking for four Teamcenter Lead Developers with 6–8 years of experience to enhance and maintain PLM solutions. The role involves BMIDE, ITK, SOA customizations, and client workflow implementations to optimize the Teamcenter ecosystem and improve business processes. This role gives you the opportunity to lead Teamcenter development initiatives, work on large-scale enterprise PLM solutions, and contribute to digital transformation. You’ll collaborate with architects and business analysts, while mentoring developers and driving impactful solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship
  • Manage RAC and AWC implementations, customization, and upgrades
  • Design and implement workflows aligned with business processes
  • Build solutions using BMIDE, ITK, and SOA services
  • Customize client applications (Rich Client and Active Workspace)
  • Integrate Teamcenter with CAD and enterprise applications
  • Support migrations, deployments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor internal and external developers
  • Manage Teamcenter RAC and AWC implementations, administration, configuration, customization, interface development, migration, and upgrades
  • Collaborate with PLM Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams
  • Participate in requirement analysis, design technical solutions, and document them
  • Develop and customize Teamcenter using BMIDE for UI, attributes, and forms
  • Implement business features using ITK (Integration Toolkit) and custom SOA services
  • Design and automate workflows across departments
  • Handle bug fixing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Support deployments, upgrades, data migration, and UAT

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Teamcenter certification
  • Proven track record in complex PLM project implementations and upgrades
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
  • 6–8 years of experience with Teamcenter development
  • Experience in BMIDE, ITK, SOA customizations, and client workflow implementations
  • Strong background in Teamcenter architecture, CAD, and enterprise integrations
  • BMIDE, ITK, SOA development
  • Teamcenter RAC and AWC customization
  • CAD and enterprise integrations (NX, SWIM, IPEM, TCIC, T4S, T4O, etc.)
  • Teamcenter architecture and configuration (Preferences, ACL, Workflows)
  • Strong programming skills: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python
